The Moses Baker named as an heir was the son of Moses Baker and he was the husband of Patsey Baker who was the daughter of James Baker. Moses and Pats
ey's marriage is recorded in Gallatin Co. KY and James Baker wrote the letter of consent for his daughter Patsey to marry Moses Baker, Jr.
