2) IGI lists him as Hamilton Harrod in mar. to Alcy Cox and gives b pl as Knox Co., IL.
3) Automated Archives, Inc., Marriages of IL and IN, Knox Co., IL, Marriages; Hamilton to Alcy [sic] Cox 7 Apr 1850.
CONFLICT: This record gives name as Hamilton Babbitt and month of mar. as April, not August.
4)Knox Co, IL Mar Rec @Statewide Illinois Marriage Records, online site for marriage records gives his name as Hamilton Harrod to Alcy [sic] Cox and date as 7 Apr 1850. For his marriage to Eliza Babbitt, his name is listed as Allen H. Harrod.
