Notater Carl Johan Arthur Bernadotte, greve af Wisborg, født 31. oktober 1916 i Sverige, er yngste søn af kronprins Gustaf og kronprinsesse Margareta.
Han giftede sig i 1946 med journalisten Kerstin Wijkmark, og mistede dermed sin prinsetitel og arveretten til tronen. De adopterede senere to børn.
Han fik under 2. verdenskrig tilbud om at arve den ungarske trone, men takkede nej
I 1951 blev han af den luxembourgske storhertuginde gjort til greve af Wisborg.
